This one began with a deep blue black ink that I let travel across the surface, it was sanded and then similar yet different pink circles were added with one blue one as a visual reminder to set yourself apart from the crowd!
Pretty much 100% of the time I don't know what's going to show up when I begin to paint, I just start. I love to paint late into the night, I am always working on many pieces at once, rotating them through. I feel like I think less and follow intuition more when I can move from piece to piece. They usually have many layers already and I'm either adding or subtracting from them, waiting for them to show me what they want to be.
